While watching a documentary about nature, a sudden thought came to my mind: animals, plants and everything else in our world, is - totally - what it is supposed to be. Except "Man" (= the human being). Every individual on Earth (therefore including you and me) is the way he/she "is" but not always are they able to think, feel and act accordingly. You can be sure that a cat or a dog, a lion or a dolphin are capable of always being themselves, behaving and acting in line with their own nature (unless they are "domesticated"). Not so the human being. There might be rare exceptions, but - in general - a "normal" individual grows to be a blend of so many conditionings that his/her real essence is seldom allowed to reveal itself in all its beauty and spirituality. Another kind of "taming"?
