If  you perceive that Life 

has taught you lessons, 

it means you have acquired maturity.

If Life is a stage, what is your role? 

Ask yourself if such a role has been 

assigned to you by someone else, 

or if it was your own choice.

Assessing the situation may be hard 

from an emotional point of view. 

But understanding will be rewarding 

as well as encouraging.

If you just relax, 

life becomes much easier, 

less stressful and definitely more pleasant.

A dose of optimism is necessary 

to live a pleasant, 

although vigilant, life.

When conflicts are created, 

the cause could be somebody else’s behavior, 

but it might also be your own.

If you ask, ‘What are my real values?’,

you believe you know the answer. 

But you probably don’t.
