It’s up to you to choose your attitude, 

your words, your behavior. It all depends 

on how you view the situation. 

Your mind can reason, but it’s you 

who decides what your thoughts, 

beliefs, choices, and actions will be.  

Your own Self contains 

the inner and the outer, 

as you contain all 

the possible differences. 

As hard as you try to avoid the feelings you dislike, 

you won't succeed because you need 

to experience them all: joy and sorrow, 

cheerfulness and sadness, pleasure and pain... 

This is Life!

Is it possible that a situation

 

      is true according to the way

                you choose to interpret it, 

                    not with your eyes 

                          but with your intention?

Confrontation with new or different ideas 

      is not welcomed by all 

           because it disturbs 

               their view of the world. 

Money, health, friends are all 

important assets, and your life 

is more fulfilling if you 

can enjoy them, but 

they are external. 

Change happens, people are here now, 

later they may go away. 

Objects may disappear in one way or another.

What never leaves is your own Self. 

This, is here to stay - forever!

You are an important part of what is, 

exactly like everybody else is.

There is no pivotal point.

                              When the storm comes, 

                      the wise captain 

                                      does not try to fix it!

                    But he knows how

                                             to deal with it.

Human beings think and worry too much 

before dealing with a challenge. 

Other creatures... just do it!
